River guide

For the online river guide (the old guidebook) is the only way to add info to exisiting/new sections, to comment on the section? Or do you have to email admin? Just seems like there are a lot of unfilled sections which are money but they are just blank pages online. Would be cool to have some updated beta for the new stuff.
For the existing sections you can add comments if you're logged in.
You can also add photos (look for the "file attachments" link above the "preview comment" button).
