NZRCA Submission on Climate Change Bill
Duncan Catanach compiled the NZRCA's submission to Parliament's Finance and Expenditure Committee regarding the Climate Change (Emissions Trading and Renewable Preference) Bill making the point that although water is a renewable resource, river environments are not renewable. More details regarding the proposed preference for renewable energy are available at http://www.climatechange.govt.nz/.
