Douglas McCormick
Okere Falls

A second attempt at racing on the Kaituna river:

Come to the 9th (!!!) annual event in memory of one of the greatest paddlers, guides, and friends to ever be part of the Kaituna River community.

Mass-starts from Control Gates to Bottom Hole (1.8km) in 5 categories: short-boats, long-boats, tandems, sledges/swimmers, and rafts.
Races are spaced out so everyone can participate in all events if they want, so bring all your toys.
Races start at 4:30pm sharp, prize-giving immediately after at the Okere Falls Store.
See you there!
