The AGM of Whitewater NZ is to be held on Wednesday 29 August 7:30pm to 9:00pm by Zoom Meeting (www.zoom.us).
Only current financial members can vote at the AGM. Individual members may vote prior to the AGM if they cannot attend but the constitution says clubs must vote during the AGM. If you are a current financial member and have not received a voting link email email@example.com.

The AGM is being conducted in this format to enable members from around the country to be able to join in with the meeting without having the cost of travel.
Nominations for board positions, Canoeist of the Year and Motions and other business closed on 30 July 2018.
Once the agenda is notified individual financial members, who are unable to attend the AGM, will be able to vote via https://ElectionBuddy.com up to 7 days before the AGM. Clubs must have a delegate attend the AGM to be able to vote.
Individual members have one vote each and clubs have 50 votes per delegate (up to the maximum number of Whitewater NZ members in the club).
